Bolts in exhaust pipe

Just wondering if any of you guys Have drilled and inserted 2 bolts in cross pattern to prevent turbo failure going out the tailpipe???? and if so does it affected exhaust flow problems. It is for a truck pulls and one of the requirements to pull, i just didnt have a good ideal to drill holes in my exhaust after paying some pennys for it and it causing any problems.

Re: Bolts in exhaust pipe

I have two cross bolts in my down pipe right before it comes horizontal. I dont think it restricts flow anymore than the AIH does in the compressor manifold, none.
