I have a 2000 F-250 with, DP-F5 chip, beefed up trans, 6673 air filter, EBPV delete, foil delete, high presser oil cross over, edge evo for gauges, intake air heater delete, straight pipe with 6 inch stack. I pull trailers and just a daily driver. What can I do next on a low budget?
right now you are up against 4 bottlenecks:
High pressure oil volume
Injector fuel delivery
Air delivery Egt limitations
From here on out mods get expensive. If you are looking for moderate hp upgrade a hpop will grant a noticable seat of the pants improvement. If you're looking to get more wild; hybrids and a turbo. If you get too much wilder you will be needing headstuds and a fuel sys. On a real tight budget I'd look at the new adrenalin Hpop(not sure what the wait time to get one is). For econo turbo I'd look at a van turbo or adding a larger turbine housing on yours, best
way to go though, is saving for a 38R, Imho.
