Injector Nozzle EDM

Hey guys,

I'm looking at getting my nozzles EDM'd and I am wondering what size would be the best to do. Thanks for any input!

Re: Injector Nozzle EDM

Stage ones? If you take the stock nozzle and enlarge it to 80% over stock, it would be basically a stage two. I am not sure what the "size" in " is for 180% nozzles.

Re: Injector Nozzle EDM

You may just be better off buying new ones if you are building injectors.... What are your goals?

Re: Injector Nozzle EDM

what ever you do DO NOT edm used nozzles, i cant tell you how many broken nozzles have ran through my pistons and cylinders because a certain vendor said that edm'd nozzles were okay to use, not the case at all at least every one that iv tried has broke off in the cylinder. I only use bran new nozzles now and havent had a problem since.
