DIY Injector Success

Ive been looking at the DIY stage 3 hybrid injector kit and was wondering if anyone had done it and how it went? Also, Im planning on getting the 38R but it will be a while can i run this big of injectors on the stock turbo?

Diy injectors are easy to do. Just follow the very detailed directions, do only 1 injector at a time, and I highly recommend getting the injectors flowed before installing them in your truck. As for your stock turbo, you can run it with these injectors, but it won't like it. Any kind of pounding on the truck and you better plan on a rebuid kit for the turbo.

mine went very well, just find a nice clean spot and keep it clean while you are doing them. i have also been running a sd turbo with a ww for a few months now. egts are not really bad and im seeing 43psi of boost. its not much more to have jim do them for you.

'96 f-250, auto, shackle flip, solid axle, rsk, high/crossover steering, 3.73's, true trac's front and rear, trac bars, gt4202, 7.3 ic, idm mod, ccv mod, A1000, 4-line DIY Gen3, dual ipr's, casserly 350/200's, arp studs, 910's, pushrods, elec. fan, 2-stage nitrous, fluidampr.

2003 F-250 4x4 7.3 liter PSD EXT. cab SB. Wilson 2000 antenna, Uniden PC78 peaked and tuned with a connex 250 Linear Amp.
MODS: BTS Tranny, DIY Tymar, Hypermax 3.5 DP to 5" back, TW tunes, DI's GT38R BB turbo, autometer boost, pyro, trans, water temp a Scangauge and Firestone rear air bags.

Thats what I thought...Does anyone know the difference in jim's price and what it is to do it yourself?

03 E-350 7.3, forged rods, exhaust ported heads, comp 910's, 38R/47, 4.10LS, stealth twin pumps, 300cc hybrids from Swamps, h-11's, racerx trans and TC, Swamps tunes, water...

but you still have to get the pistons machined or buy them from jim for $225.

That should be included in the price if you go the stage 3 route...
