Got some goodies from DI today

I hung out with David and Amanda today for a little while. David came to Beaumont to pick up yet another crewcab powerstroke (2000 4x4 Lariat) to add to his stable.

Since he was coming this way, he brought my parts!

I got a set of coated headers and had him coat my 1.15 exhaust housing on my GT42 as well as the uppipes to go with it.

No more pea green ceramic coating!!

Anyway. Very happy with the finish on this stuff:

Nice, thats alot better than the olive stuff. The electropolished stuff looks so much sexier, but doesnt hold the finish. Is it coated inside too?

Re: Got some goodies from DI today

I would have LOVED the bling of those.....but I think the coating will help with my setup.

That is one of the main reasons I bit the bullet.....spool.

Although....from what I'm hearing I'll have plenty of fuel to get it going...
