benefit of switching to a van turbo

will switching to a van turbo with the 6 position switch at 140hp tune benefit the power of the truck
late 99 stock injectors
5 in exhaust

I would go With the newer ww2 designs or different turbo if you change injectors. The van turbo is not a big enough jump in performance IMHO.
An sd66 would be better yet.. But I would ask bean he sells the outlet adapter you need anyway, and the sd66 see what he says.

I run the van turbo and it does help but like southmike posted not a big enough jump.

96 with 320,000, Idm mod,
Tc mod, van turbo, 200/30 rosewood,
T 500 hpop, Dy 3" down pipe,
glowshift gauges, D60kp swap, custom track arms,
steering wheel swap, 6637 mod, Hydra chip, WW2,
calf fuel spring and BB mod
6.0 fan, cooler,
Pmf 2.25 rsk sd springs

78 f-150 turbo big block
