Whats my Icp/Ipr numbers mean?

Need a little help deciphering my icp/ ipr numbers.
Econo Tune = Icp max 3000, Ipr max 52%
All out tune= Icp max 2600 Ipr max 76%

Im thinking hpop is getting week but the econo tune numbers are confusing me. Why am I getting 3000 max at 52% when in all out Im seeing 2600 max at 76%.
It defiantly falls on its face at times in all out. Havent had a chance to data log just observation while driving on way home today. Any thoughts?

Re: Whats my Icp/Ipr numbers mean?

Simplified answer is it is running 76% full throttle and the best it can do is 2600 psi. With a lighter load it is working 56% but can do 3000.

Do you set any lights..

Mine was more noticable with a 15 pump. It would hit 63% and only muster less then 2000. You could feel a lack of steam. It set lights.

PW is longer in the all out tune causin less restriction. Pumps create flow, restriction creates pressure so you have the longer PW and the pump can't keep up. 76% means that the hpop is workin at 76% of max capacity.

Re: Whats my Icp/Ipr numbers mean?

Just towed 8500 lbs + up to northern Michigan
80 hp php tow tune, decent hill, accelerating up, icp was around 2250 and watched icp get up to 85% duty cycle before I let out at top of the hill. Is there anything I should double check before springing for a pump?

Re: Whats my Icp/Ipr numbers mean?

Since the injectors are new I doubt it would be poppet's or torn o-rings. You could also check for desired PW in said tune but its prolly just a worn out pump

Have you checked the ICP harness for oil? Also, IPR could be weak. I would try a know good one before suspecting the HPOP.

Re: Whats my Icp/Ipr numbers mean?

Ya IPR functions fine. Good numbers regular driving, only have gotten high IPR in gear head all out doing a wot run and the one time going up this trip in tow tune. Tried to make it do it coming back and couldn't.
Just wanted to make sure I wasn't forgetting to check something
