Smile Want to hear all about your audio setup!

Hello there. I've got 1k to spend and i'm wanting to invest in a full sound system setup (speakers, amps, subs...). Anyone here that has upgraded their stock audio? If so, i'd like to hear what all you have done and if you are satisfied with the outcome. Also, if anybody has placed their sub(s) underneath the rear seats that would be a major bonus. Thanks and I look forward to yalls responses.

for a $1,000?....uhhh....keep saving....or go to radio shack

a good sub amp will be around $500+
a good amp for other speakers...another $500+

...ok...you're done...no money left for speakers, head unit, wiring, terminal ends, terminal bock, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc

...and I priced lowwww.....

I have a Kenwood deck, Pioneer 800w monoblock amp, 2 Memphis 10's.. it hits pretty good and isn't an attention getter, just what I want.. I have a box from sound off audio behind the seat

I have a set of 10 inch mtx road thunders in a ported mtx box on my back seat and a 500 watt amp mounted on the back of it and I absolutely love them. They also have tweeters on the side. Happy with them!

Re: Want to hear all about your audio setup!

You can get the whole thing done decently for a grand if you can do your own installing. I actually just switched out rear seat (E99 1 piece lower, ext cab) for the 60/40 setup so I can keep the single seat up and put the sub behind my seat. Check Craigslist, good deals come up all the time, I got my 2 subs, a v12 alpine amp and a ok Sony deck (have a nicer one, that just came in the package) for 80$.

E99 f350 lariat scsb 7.3L auto, 8" lift, 37" toyos, 4" diamond exhaust, boost and egt gauges, bullydog gt, dp f6, L99 rear seat swap, K&N cold air kit, more to come

88 5.0L gt 5spd convertable, lowered, 17's, flowmasters, centerforce clutch, more to come
