Just purchased AE Pro Bundle.

Just placed the order today for the Auto Enginuity Pro Bundle. Bought the pro bundle because I would've spent only a few hundred bucks less to cover all the vehicles in my driveway. Also, if any members near me or during a tech day needs help with other vehicles other than Ford I could also help them out so I figured it's money well spent. Now, what parameters should I be constantly viewing at on my powerstroke? And how simple is it to use compared to Ford's NGS scan tool?

Well one of my starting points is to compare manifold absolute, exhaust back pressure and baro to each other with key on motor not running. They should all read similar at 14 psi or so at sea level. Some chip programs can fool the manifold pressure though.

Once AE is installed, do I need to leave the CD in the drive or can I leave that at home now?

Re: Just purchased AE Pro Bundle.

You have to leave the DVD in the drive whenever you want to run the program.

Parameters i watch most are ICP duty cycle, injection control pressure, RPM (relate them, you can put two parameters on one histograph and compare them), and as said, MAP, EBP and BARO.

bought time danny money well spent.Remember you only get 3 requests for new pins on new installs.1 year support then 50 bucks for another 3 request for pins.

I don't know why you would have to leave the disk in.Something new.

Now what exactly are the 3 Pins? Are they like updates? And how will I know when there are new updates available? Will they email me?

The newer versions will let you reinstall if your computer crashes. Installation requires a pin. More like a password than a PIN, actually.
It also allows you to sell the original bundle when you're done with it and the purchaser can install it on their computer.

Go ARMY!
