4wd vibration at the track

So I ran my truck at the strip the other day in 4wd and it launched fine I went pretty easy on her but when I got up to about 95-100 I got a horrible vibration in the front end, its speed related and it feels like ####s gonna fly through the dash, doesn't do it in 2wd. Anybody have this problem before, probably hubs, front driveshaft, or front u-joints . Opinions?????
