Alright guys i tried searching but couldnt find the exact answer I was looking for I have a 1997 F350 with banks under the hood w/ intercooler and a BD engine brake 2WD auto and drw.

What all exactly do I need to do this mod? Ive seen the kit from riffraff is that pretty much all inclusive?

Well first your in the wrong year section this is 99+. And there are bunch of threads on this already as I'm new and I found the information on this just a week ago. There are a few ways to do the mod but I would start by getting in the correct section. Go to Google images also and type in power stroke 6637 mod and its self explanatory.

Re: 6637 mod what all do I need

to be honest the riffraff kit is what I have and it comes with all the parts needed and when I was going to do mine on my 02 I wouldnt have saved much money by piecing the parts together so just get there kit and save alot of running around and headache. I got there sock too but havent put it on as It quiets down the noise and I like to hear that filter sucking air.

Get the original not a knock off..Tymar comes with everything needed.

We only carry the BEST parts and never compromise just to get a sale.

Dealer for: Full Force, Tymar, BTS, Icon, Pure Performance, TW tunes, just to name a few.

I apologize for posting in the wrong section did not realize it. Isn't the riffraff like half of the price of the tymar?

Don't run it but installed one for buddy. Decent kit for price.

RIFFRAFF Hrx & Frx.
Leveling kit, 285's
Van turbo/ 38r hybrid.

Re: 6637 mod what all do I need

After today I decided on ordering the piece of pipe from summit and the ordering the Donaldson filter. A couple of hose clamps and I'm good. As long as the little filter guage thing doesn't have to be plugged back in and is fine not being hooked up.

I run the riffraff and it works great and no you can just leave the filter minder plugged in and just zip tie it somewhere out of the way.
