So... what should I buy next?

Budget - $2-3k
Primary use - TOWING

I gross around 20k lbs when towing and sometime in the future (next couple years?) that will go up when I acquire some more luxurious amenties for trips

I think the obvious choices are: big oil, single shots, fuel system, CAC, head studs, toss the TN 1/2 Baller? So I'm asking for opinions... what next?

I'm not looking to go crazy and have a race truck, reliability and functionality are priority one to me.

if that is your list, 3k will not cut it, unless you make your own fuel system and HPO system.

If you're towing, I wouldn't get too crazy with injectors. Stock AD's will serve you well. I would however suggest big oil. That along with stock injectors work pretty well for towing. Not sure you need to upgrade your turbo unless you get more fuel at this stage.

I would say big oil with a fuel system first.

Small hybrids with stock nozzles, keep the turbo, skip the oil and fuel system and maybe water injection instead of CAC. Injectors are gonna eat up 2000.00 to 3000.00.

Re: So... what should I buy next?

You have an excellent turbo for towing, I'd keep it. Big oil and a cac and you'll have killer setup, if your AD's are in good shape. If not I'd do AC's and a cac. May want to look into other good tow mods like exh.brake, rear swaybar, airbags, ect. Should be an awesome rig! 'leeter.

Re: So... what should I buy next?

My opinion would be small hybrids, stock nozzles, about 200cc. Fuel system to feed them, or water injection for towing. That would be one badass towing setup.

My intent wasn't to buy that entire list for 3k... just listing the things I could buy.

Is big oil going to make that much of a difference with stock injectors?

With the proper tuning to make use of all the ICP the big oil can provide, that would make for a great running truck.
