Check your connection to pcm for chip first. Tape it in place.

Re: new parts now problems

did u sand down all that electrical glue/grease whtever it is, I would remove the chip nd use the sand paper they provided nd sand it down more ur not going to hurt anything, I was at mine for a good 30 min making sure I got every little bit, reinstall and tape it down

Re: new parts now problems

Ok..checked the chip...the wait to start light now came on truck started up...
So I guess I am back to the codes and the truck dies.
I know one of the 3 codes is because of the chip I did take an edge tunner off the truck before putting swamps inj and ts chip from them in....truck runs great its just that it dies..I am going to do the cps ..what is the other code from

Re: new parts now problems

0340 is a CPS failure code. the 603-605 codes are caused from the chip- I believe the 0605 is called "Keep Alive Memory" and its just from the tuner being on the PCM. the 0603 is probably due to a bad connection between your chip and the prong on the pcm like people say above. 1249 is wastegate fail steady test- you prob have it un plugged.
