Ok so what I'm trying to do here is do the impossible... At least what guys considered impossible 4 years ago lol.

I'm gonna try and go for 500rwhp on full force stage 2's. I know I know oh you can't make 500 without hybrids... But people also said nobody would make 600+ out of a 38r. Well times and technology had changed. We're doing things people couldn't do 5 years ago. A truck of my standards 5 years ago was lucky to do a mid 14, my truck on 35" mud terrains is doing mid 13's.


Anywayyyy, mods are in sig, I know there only stage 2's but I'm hoping with the big Oil and my modded 38r I can make some power.

I plan on doing this on black out days in Edmonton, alberta in August this year. Before then ill be adding a strictly Pre-pump kit, INTL up pipes and a swamps Idm, I might even try out swamps tuning, heck if swamps has a tuning, some crazy nozzles and IDM package they could throw together I would try it.

Anyway boys and girls I'm not lookin to hear ohhhh F*ck itll never work, thanks I got enough of that, am I gonna be upset if it don't break 500 no as long as it does over 450 I'm good but I would love to break 500 fuel only.

you better do more then the in tank..you will need to get rid of the fuel cross over and do a full fuel set up with a real regulated return...good luck..

Are you thinking about putting 200% nozzels on your 160s? that would be slick.

Ron, this well be done with pre pump kit and FRX. If it doesn't make 500 I'm not gonna lose any sleep at night. I'm not gonna bother plumbing in a regulated return till I do it all in one shot, full irate regulated return and fuel system, but that's when the budget allows for fuel, S468, studs/springs/rods. Like I said I'm not here to be told I can't do it It's a gamble to see how far a certain amount of parts and 2013 tuning can take a old 7.3.


Jaybuller, I'm not sure if I could get away with that much nozzle in a 160cc injector I think you need to be running a hybrid but I could be wrong, I've got a few emails out hopefully ill hear back on Monday to see what my options are.

nice... im going to be sending my 160 sticks out in the next year or so to get re-nozzeled! I was going to just have him redo mine with 100%s but if you get good results going bigger then who knows! ill follow along with this one... and see how far you get with 160/100s and a 38r.... my next step before I get the new nozzels is going to be a turbo not sure if im going 38r or t4 style. good luck on your hitting 500! No I can only guess... I know it hauls ass though. The 3 fastest diesels in my group of friends are 1. My buddy a with a 05 efi live/fass/studs/tranny dmax and I beat him pulled 3 trucks on him. 2. My buddy's 07 5.9 with bullydog on extreme, intake/exhaust/manifold he did a 13.8 and I beat him to. 3. Is my buddy's 08 6.4 spartan/exhaust/intake and he still beat me lol but I think he's doin low low 13s or faster.

My truck at full weight is 8200 pounds I'd gues it's doing mid 13s right now based on trucks and cars I've beat with track times. I think I'm around 450ish? Truck pulls hard on this new no limit tunes I'm around.

Id definitely get rid of that FRx kit.Had one in my truck and went to full regulated return.Best move Ive made yet.You need to run a different fuel pump with a regulator.I guarantee your losing fuel pressure with I assume your stock fuel pump.Run at least a walbro and you will hold your fuel pressure but you have to have a regulator or you will have issues.

Regulated return is in the works. I'm waiting for a fuel pressure gauge to show up and I gotta get tuning querked. I still have yet to see 3000 psi outta my hpop.
