Re: too those with snow performance meth kit

what size tank are you using? i installed a 4qt tank behind the grill once. per customer request. and the pump also, i cut a round hole in the plastic piece for easy refill. it looked pretty cool looking through the grill and seeing a boost juice tank. jay

Re: too those with snow performance meth kit

I tapped into my window washer fluid container for the tank and mounted the pump in the wheel well below the tank based on recomendations from snow. Was quick and easy with good flow from the tank to pump.

You still havent tried that out yet. lol

I had it mounted inside the old AFE intake box, after I finished the turbo I just had a filter mounted directly on turbo. That res and pump was just hanging out in the old AFE box.

The idea of mounting pump below and tapping into the washer res is a great idea, then you will have a one gallon res to work with.

I think you have seen my intake (edit no chit its my avatar sorry), it was going to mount inside there if I would have stayed with it. You will be surprised when you finally run it.

Re: too those with snow performance meth kit

yeah i have had alot goin on...my tranny is about to take a chit and im hoping to finish it off with this kit and more fuel....the kit works flawlessly....on the bench lol...i think im gonna try and get the adaptor off the snow res. without breaking and try to mount it on the washer tank. What do i have to do to mount it to my res. Just glue it? also whats involed in removeing the inner fender?

Re: too those with snow performance meth kit

My kit came with everything to tap the washer tank and I just drilled a 1.5" hole in the fender liner for the tap from the tank to drop though. I'm going to use a plastic blank off like you use to cover one of the holes for your sink. It comes with a rubber gasket and long threaded part just like the stock piece in the kit but will allow me to run a 1/2" tube to feed the pump instead of 1/4" tube.
