Needing a new turbo for my 2000 7.3 SD

I am in need of a new turbo for my 2000 7.3 f250 SD. Im not racing but i am towing a RV trailer. Any body have any good sugestions on a turbo? I am on a slight budget so the Garret ball bearing turbo is not on i can afford.

Any thoughts on the BD Thruster II turbo's?

any help will be appreciated.

Re: Needing a new turbo for my 2000 7.3 SD

I have to get a complete turbo. cause the four bolts that that hold the 2 halfs together came loose and messed up the housings. cause ever since then its never been the same. so rebuilding mine is not a option.

Get a gtp38r...best option. You may also want to add bellowed uppipes and a new pedestal.

Pm me if I can get you prices.

I also have a couple of good used SD turbos..

We only carry the BEST parts and never compromise just to get a sale.

Dealer for: Full Force, Tymar, BTS, Icon, Pure Performance, TW tunes, just to name a few.

x2; if I had to replace it and want a drop in, I would not stop at anything before the 38R.

Thanks that's what I wanted to hear. I glad he's a reputable guy. His turbo sounds like a good deal.
