200% nozzle idle

Ever since I switched to 200% nozzles the truck idles like crap. Zero codes. All cylinders pass buzz and contribution tests. Icp and ipr at idle are [email protected] 14-15%. New icp and ipr installed. Different idm no change. Idles like a drag car. But runs fine above idle and had plenty of power. It didn't idle like this with 100% nozzles. Any thoughts?

Re: 200% nozzle idle

Been having the same problem with NLTD and the idle. Sent the chip back to get is fixed, and still the same issue. Not impressed.

Re: 200% nozzle idle

Were your 100s like a stock idle? I'm trying to decide between 80 and 100% nozzles, and I DO NOT want a rough or smokey idle.

Re: 200% nozzle idle

It's tuning.

200% nozzles are difficult to get to idle smooth. It may take a few tries before it gets smoother.
