Adapters? Yes/No???

My 35's rub really bad on my leaf's and I Don't want to get rid of my wheel's, I love them, I'm curious about like 1 1/2" adapters? Is this a really bad idea or will I be ok with them?

Re: Adapters? Yes/No???

some say yes some say they have run them for years with no issues. I for one would never run them! I have seen them on jeeps and dodges before and have seen what they do when they decide to fail. Its not if but when with adapters or wheel spacers!

I've ran them for years. If properly torqued you'll be fine. I've jumped my truck and it gets the crap beaten out of it and I've never had a issue. 2" front 3" rear

Re: Adapters? Yes/No???

Well made spacers properly installed and torqued are no different than dually adapters the factory installs. You will decrease the life of your front wheel bearings though due to the extra leverage on them.

Re: Adapters? Yes/No???

All I know is I have run 2" rear spacers hauling 12k plus with proper tq and locktite.
With the power in sig. Never any problems. Tq them and locktite them.
I rotate my tires frequently with no issues.
I only locktited the spacer bolts. The rest get tqed to spec with antiseize.

Re: Adapters? Yes/No???

We have them.

These are U.S. Alcoa 6061t6 billet aluminum, Lifetime warrentee, hub-centric and wheel-centric The spacers are roughly 3-5 times stronger than the Ford cast 20" wheels .

2" spacers will work without needing to cut off your existing wheel studs

We can get you 1.25-1.5" spacers but you will have to trim the studs shorter.

We only carry the BEST parts and never compromise just to get a sale.

Dealer for: Full Force, Tymar, BTS, Icon, Pure Performance, TW tunes, just to name a few.
