SCT defueling help!

I have an 01 7.3 just put an SCT X2 SF programmer on it and now evey time the trans shifts the motor cuts out for a second like its defueling. Ive tried every thing i can think of changing tunes, tried a friends SCT still the same thing. it runs fine when returned to stock. more noticable when light driving. IM getting a p1000 and p0603 code please HELP driving me crazy

You've tried another SCT in your truck and it does the same thing? Or you loaded your SCT in a friends truck and his truck does the same thing? Who did the tuning on it?

Sounds like the ICP might be falling down on the shifts and then building back up.

What's the ICP right off the shifts?

P1000 is OBDII monitors/drive cycle inncompletete.
P0603 Internal control module K.A.M. error,maybe pcm error.

1000 and 603 are normal once the program is loaded in.

I have an SCT in my truck with standard SCT tunes. Only codes I ever get are ICP uncontrollable, AIH, and Overboost.

I tried my sct in my friends truck and it worked fine but his donethe same thing in my truck. I also tried a superchips and that worked fine. I only have the problem with the sct

it just the standard three tunes on it. no custom tunes
