A1000

So, im new to this site, moved over from a few others and all the others recommended the a1000 pump. i mean even most the venders making fuel systems are selling the a1000 pump with there systems.

So the question comes in that i have read allot on this site negative about them!!! should i be worried about it crapping out on me? i but about 40-50k miles a year on my truck and don't need any extra problems. should i leave it in or switch it out to a walbro?

Help!!!! lol

Re: A1000

i would say having a1000 is better then buying a walbro.
(since you already have it and it seems to be working )
..that is unless it stops working.
I haven't seen all that many units quit but a couple of guys on here have had them die .

charles has run through a few different pumps but can explain them well.

I do know strokingearly 99 run bcodes and is about 496 hp on a walbro.

but have a look at this thread
https://powerstrokenation.com/forums/...ad.php?t=16789
It may explain more

Early 99 f350 4x4 crew cab, auto. pmt2 pcm
2001 cup holder ,T500, MAX AC ASSIST AC mod, Diy Twin tymar, TS chip, Powerslots & Hawk pads, ford AIC, ..... with big fat want to list.

Re: A1000

Here's another good thread about the Aeromotive and Fuel Labs pumps.
