Garrett "Powermax" GTP38R Turbocharger

Will a Garrett "Powermax" GTP38R Turbocharger make a differences in my truck with stock injectors.

2000 7.3
AFE stage 2, Stage 2 injectors 160/100, GTP38R with WW2, DP-Tuner Stock Hi-Idle 60tow 80Eco 120 Race 140 Aggressive, 4in. Exhaust, Coolingmist water-meth

You won't get more boost unless you turn up the fuel, you'll just get there quicker.

Mine are stock, making 32 psi and exhaust temps and performance are much better.
