T.S. true speed

Been thinkin about installing one of these in my upcomn truck with large wheels,Ive already talked to T.S.PERFORMANCE,but i want to here from folks who hav one.Does it help the computer on performance?

03 lariat cc,4x4 7.3,DP-F5,36''MT,8"lift w/trac.bars,4"Silverline ss.exh,AFE II,Optimas,ATS housing,WW,Turbomaster,6.0 IC & tranny cooler,BTS,ISSPRO gauges,HPX,ITP RR,BRV+,Powerslots,WARN prem-hubs,coolant filter,ccv mod,08 mirrors,ARP's,mod.fuel & inj's.,Crower rods,AIH delete,AMSOIL fluids. ~waitn on the 38R~

I have the true speed and it works good. It helps the tranny shift when it supposed to...

bigger tires are better for not racking up milage as fast! You don't need the tru-speed..

I am pretty sure your shifting for your tranny is electronically controlled through your speed... so if your speedo is off then your shifting is off too..

but I do agree with you... less miles :)

or you can make buddies with the mechanic at ford and get him to change it in your ECM

Isn't the ts respeed what help zane get over the 112 mph in the 1/4?

And I thought it was called a respeed? Isn't truspeed superlift's product?
