Garrett GT 45

Hey guys I have a friend who is going to let me put a GT 45 on my truck. I am wondering on how the thing will spool with my stage 1's. I was thinking it would be very laggy, but I may try it just for fun. What do you guys think? Thanks

'95 Ford F-350, CC,4x4,SWAMPS 300/200Hybrids,H-11 Head studs,Comp 910 Springs,Chromemoly push rods,modded TE 17*, GARRETT GT40 TURBO,built trans with 3 disc billet convertor,SWAMPS 6 position chip,3"DP to 6" single, IDM Mod,Gauges,'02 SD IC,Electric Fuel system and bunch of other stuff.

it wont spool well, i am looking at runing a gt45 with all my fuel

Beside all the rest that has been posted how do you plan on mounting this thing? You know it doesn’t just drop or bolt right in; you need to either buy or fab up a mounting kit.

It might be better to say that it will be slightly boosty instead of trying to come up with a way to express just how much lag it will have.

If I remeber correctly Elmo used a GT45 on his turck with the big motor and went back to the GT42 because it wouldnt lite.......

Correct me if Im wrong please, but if right.....That about says it all for your stage ones cause we all know what that truck was capable of
