what to do next?

i have a early 99 powerstroke that i want to put a box, chip, tuner, whatever makes the most power for the money. heres a quik rundown of the truck...7.3,6 speed,2 stages of n20,propane injection,20" rims with 41" tires, dual shocks with air ride, cai intake,4" bullydog exhaust. i havent ran any of the n2o or propane yet. not sure if there is any kind of tune or if there was a programmer installed but the truck blows alittle black smoke but not much. this come to my question...how do i know if there is any program in the computer? the previous owner may have installed injectors for the propane and n20 and maybe thats why it throws a little smoke???? whats the best tuner to get?

Re: what to do next?

you're running injectors, propane, and nitrous on a STOCK turbo?? That poor little van turbo must be pretty sad.
