I hope to have it done by the end of october... Im just waitin on parts for the new motor. People say it takes time, thats for damn sure.

Kris, after seeing the pictures and talking with you I know exactly what happened. When we discussed the sypmtoms the truck started doing after you got out of the hospital as to what the truck was running like at startup even on the stock tune; that loud knock and white smoke was your issue. You need to pull that injector of the broken rod cylinder and have it inspected. Get the flow sheets of all of them and lets see what they look like. Another customer same issue and one injector hole was flowing 100cc's more then the other 7.

What happened? It does NOT look like a job for JB Weld.

I particularly like how you were able to use a Fumoto valve to drain the antifreeze; sounds like a pretty good mod....
