tymar vs. dfuser

tymar vs. dfuser any one had expierence with either? i see some guys run the tymar, they look pretty similar but i didn't know if one would out perform the other?

Price wise, I believe the tymar would be a lot cheaper. If you ask around on here people will tell you how to make a tymar intake. Besides the price basically the same thing.

what did you use to get from the filter to the breather tube? is that what i see on here called diy intake?

I just use some 4" PVC pipe to delete the CCV & hook up the filter to the tube. You can order the filter from www.fleetfilter.com look for Wix #6637

4 or 5 inches of 4" exhaust pipe works very nicely.

Yep, what Race hauler said, most areas have a large truck store, (Peterbuilt, KW, ect...) and they use the 4" for their medium duty trucks, also the intake systems for the semis. Reasonably priced too,

I got my piece of exhaust pipe from a exhaust shop out here in the middle of nowhere. Little hole in the wall shop gave it to me for free.

2003 F-250 4x4 7.3 liter PSD EXT. cab SB. Wilson 2000 antenna, Uniden PC78 peaked and tuned with a connex 250 Linear Amp.
MODS: BTS Tranny, DIY Tymar, Hypermax 3.5 DP to 5" back, TW tunes, DI's GT38R BB turbo, autometer boost, pyro, trans, water temp a Scangauge and Firestone rear air bags.
