1997 F250 7.3 fuel filter housing

My fuel filter housing is leaking, it blew out during the summer. Ford wants $458 for a new one so I pulled it off boiled it and cleaned all up and then welded it back up (welding cast aluminum sucks!) but it held until last week now its leaking I've tried to find after market part but no luck. I've even considered by-passing it with a after market filter setup. But I'm not sure if that would work, if anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.

Have a great day

You should move this to the obs section.
What exactly is leaking on it? O-rings, or your welds?
Have you checked a junkyard for another bowl?
If you wanna go to e-fuel there's a ton of options, just do a search.

I've checked junkyard all around, its not the o-rings or my weld its leaking on the opposite side. Whats e-fuel?
