turbo question

I have a 2000 excursion with a 4in mbrp turbo back and airraid stage 2 intake I was looking at putting Garrett PowerMax Ball Bearing GTP38R Turbo. does anyone have any personal experience with this turbo? and is there any other mods I should do before I put the turbo on? I am on budget so I am trying to do stuff here and there but I want to make sure I do it right where I don't blow up anything.

Re: turbo question

That is probably the most popular turbo that 7.3L people upgrade too. They are good and you will be happy with it.

We carry them if you are interested.

Re: turbo question

Very good little turbo. Tough as nails and very popular! It does have its limitations as you start throwing fuel at it.
