Do I need or should I get the SPR1.1 or the Adrenaline HPOP for 250/200% sticks? the SPR 1.1 is almost $300 more.

As of right now:
2000 F-350 7.3 Dually
6 speed manual
4:10 rear
DIY intake
DIY 4" exhaust
Hypertech power programmer 3
I am looking into new parts now, Turbo, sticks, custom tunes and all other supporting mods needed starting with fuel.

Get a scan gauge so you can monitor IPR duty cycle and hpop pressure.
You can make an educated decision from there, and you will have a very handy tool to help you monitor your engine.

I ran 238/100's on a stock 15* pump for quite awhile with good results.
