Custom Chips??

I used to run a Edge CTS in my 2001 sd but i got rid of because i just wasn't a fan of it. I was looking into buying a TS 6 pos chip, but recently go turned onto the new hydra chip by PHP and was curious if anyone has this currently installed or any experience with it, appreciate the input thanks.

Re: Custom Chips??

Seems a option for some as you can change your tunes yourself.

Only drawback may be that your locking yourself to just using php tunes...

We only carry the BEST parts and never compromise just to get a sale.

Dealer for: Full Force, Tymar, BTS, Icon, Pure Performance, TW tunes, just to name a few.

From what Ive been told by both Corey and Bill is that the hydra chip can have other tuners on it.....

I keep forgetting to get with gearhead and Swamps to see if its possible.

Yep, gearhead has put their tunes on it. Why's it so hard to believe?

It's been done before on 6 position chips......

Re: Custom Chips??

it has always been easy to do ..6 pos 8 pos or 17 pos.
it is hard to believe because when i inquired on that in the past i was told go pound sand." i dont email tunes. "
glad to see people woke up to the digital age.

personally i think it is a great idea.
even better on a chip that can load one tune or all of them.

Idk if they will email them or not? I deal their stuff so it's a little different situation.
