Water meth systems?

I have been looking at a water methanol injection system for my 2001 f-250, and i noticed that snow makes many different kinds but each kit has the same exact components in the kit? the only difference is the analog gauge that comes with it. I'm looking for better performance and possibly better mpg's but not sure what kit to run. Anyone have more experience with the kits and did you see a noticeable change in the performance of the truck?

Re: Water meth systems?

if your looking at a water kit for power, mpg's, or performance, look elsewhere as you will have a failure somewhere, some time.

water kits should be used for control of egt's, not for power.

there are several of us with them, and a few of us had failures related to water/meth when attempting to use for power.

add bigger injectors, and use it for control of egt's.

and a coolingmist kit is what your after.

ya, with the way corn is now, i bought a newer one.

should be able to get it payed for before the floor falls back out of corn, hopefully.

if it just didn't need to be at empire, for some.....things, i'd probably have it about half payed off.

corn was good to me this year.

but dont worry, i still come back and visit.
