Cool Need some help!

Hey! I've got a 2001 excursion 7.3 here with CAI and bully dog tuner and having some problems with it... first off was driving the other day and lost all but like 2psi of boost.. finally got around to fixing it today and (after many hours) found that the ebpv rod clip had come loose and fallen off.. so ebpv was stuck close! haha! so fixed that went to take it for a drive and hit 42psi of boost at 3/4 throttle!! (wth) but it stays at like 25 psi in the (stock) setting, but overboosts in any of the power settings on the bully dog,, so im wondering what you guys think could be wrong??? thinking it might be like the wastegate control module? or something??

Also does any know how to connect the bully dog tuner to the pc so i can update it, when i plug it into the pc nothing happens??

Thanks for the help guys!

Re: Need some help!

So why would it just almost double all of a sudden? And the turbo doesn't sound the same as before...

Re: Need some help!

go buy a cheap gauge from napa or where ever that goes to 30psi mechanical one and see what it says. even if you get a 20psi and see how far it goes on the gauge. my buddy could spin his all the way back to the 0psi then the spring broke but it would give you a idea
