Swamps HV/HF modded IDM...

High voltage/high frequency Injection Driver Module - Swamps Diesel Performance

Installed this yesterday at about 2pm. Just racked up about 450 miles on it. I am impressed!

Idle quality is better, Smoke is down a bit, power is up a bit.

I could honestly feel it, which I didn't expect.

Bet I picked up 15hp on the Hot street file!!!

Great product guys!

I also recently put a swamps mooded IDM and am very pleased with the outcome. I saw mostly the same benifites as csipsd but also noticed easier starts and better throttle respones.

Re: Swamps HV/HF modded IDM...

I keep telling anybody who asks about the swamps idm to just buy one. It's the best couple hundred bucks I've ever spent on a 7.3. If you can't immediately notice an improvement the very second that you hit the starter, take it out, and I will buy it from you.

Re: Swamps HV/HF modded IDM...

yes, golfer put a lot of work into the research on this mod. They were trading for donor IDMs a few years ago to do this project. They are offering a very good deal for the time spent... but, why not-- take yours out and go for it.

Fixing a circuit board and using an oscilloscope to correctly modify the IDM is like apples to oranges. Trust me, you are money well spent just buying a modded unit from Swamps.
