just curious

just reading an old diesel power mag and they had the jobe shaker intercooler featured. just curious if anyone has tryed on your stroker.

95 F250 7.3 5sp 4x4 std cab long bed
D60, RDS stage1 160's, K&N air/oil, SB single disc,glowshift-pyro,boost,fuel press,and autometer-hpop press. tunes by????

That thing is retarded.

Don't know if anyone here has tried it, but how in the world can it be better than stock.

I mean

cut a hole in your hood

have to remove it to do anything, even check oil

all the heat from the engine goes STRAIGHT up into it.

I thought you would need a scoop above it on the hood to get much air flow across it as well. It looks like it lays almost flat.

2001 F250, CCSB, 4X4, Auto, Forged rods
Lots of go fast parts and still slow.

Thats about the only way i can see it doing any good. probly not any better then being in the factory location, plus the the way he routs the air in and out through the top of the IC cant be free flowing id think. The only advantage i see is shorter plumbing that he claims.
