The blue cps is for the IH 466. I believe they retard timing just a bit.

early 99, old, slow but paid for.

Re: Are blue CPS Bad??? Anybody?

I have had one in mine for over a year and half. not had any problems. I put a black one in mine i had from orielly's and it seemed more responsive but only last a couple days. so i put the blue one back in. My truck doesn't hardly smoke bad and never had any problems with the blue one.
