6.0 transmission cooler ???

I've got a stupid question about adding a 6.0 trans cooler. Does it matter which inlet is the supply and which one is the return? I know that the return is the line toward the rear of the trans. My question is on the cooler itself.
Thanks

Thanks Tom, I wasn't sure so I thought I would ask.

Re: 6.0 transmission cooler ???

no, i don't think it should matter. but you probably should keep it the way it is now. longer line to the driver side, shorter to the pass side. the 6.oh cooler is a great upgrade! no one should be without one!
