NO Start

Here is the story. I just swapped a late 99 into my obs, I used the obs wiring harness and just switched out the valve cover gaskets to match my harness. Everything else went together no problem. The motor has TE big oil, 275 cc swamp injectors, 910 valve springs, head studs, GTP 38r, ATS flex plate ,also installed 6.0 intercooler, I put in a FASS 150/180 fuel pressure set at 50 psi. So I went to start it, topped off the HPOP res. unhooked the injector wires and cranked it over a few times to get the oil rails full, hooked the wires back up and cranked to try and start, no fire, nothing at all, and the batteries are almost dead now, and they are big batteries 1200 ca.
Does anyone have any ideas where i can start to diagnose this issue.

'96 f-250, auto, shackle flip, solid axle, rsk, high/crossover steering, 3.73's, true trac's front and rear, trac bars, gt4202, 7.3 ic, idm mod, ccv mod, A1000, 4-line DIY Gen3, dual ipr's, casserly 350/200's, arp studs, 910's, pushrods, elec. fan, 2-stage nitrous, fluidampr.

I just went back outside to give it one more try and it fires up, I almost filled my pants what a relief that was.

the oil may have been foamed and needed to settle, congrats
