Aeroforce w/ pressure sensor

Has anyone yet got a pressure sensor added to the Aeroforce gauge to read oil pressure, fuel pressure, boost pressure or something? I was thinking about getting one but would like to hear from someone that has one on here.

Re: Aeroforce w/ pressure sensor

To add to your question... Can you name your sensor in the gauge when you add one???

I might get a pressure sender as well and want it for water pressure, to get rid of the gauge on the dash...

Re: Aeroforce w/ pressure sensor

I want to say there are generic inputs like pressure and temperature but not to where you can pick your exact name.

Re: Aeroforce w/ pressure sensor

Hmmm, so it won't say "fuel pressure" or "fuel" ? How would it read, just the number? That sounds like something that aeroforce could change fairly easily.

You have a gauge on your dash for water pressure? Is that for water injection pressure?

With 17 gauges Joe is running low on ideas?? Atleast with water pressure you would know if you had a blown head gasket

Or if you have enough pressure to run five or six sprinkler heads.

Re: Aeroforce w/ pressure sensor

See pic...

Its for my water injection. It works great, just doesnt match everything else, and I dont need it all the time. Would be perfect for the aeroforce gauge...

I found this on the Aeroforce site that might help:

Quote:
In the menu you will find a function to enter the conversions as well as the description. This function is called "analog 1" and "analog 2" and they are near the end of the list of menu items. After entering the conversion, you then go to a screen where you choose the description from a predetermined list. Your tuner should have chosen oil pressure and fuel pressure. You need to change this because by choosing "air temp" the gauge is overriding whatever conversion he entered and using a default air temp sensor conversion. This is because the air temp conversion is too complicated to be entered manually, so we do it automatically when fluid or air temp is chosen. This is why you values look wrong. Read through the manual on setting up the analog inputs for further explanation. It's not a difficult process.
It looks like there are pre-named inputs in there.
