regulated return system

picking up a regulated return system as well as a terminator and wanted some info in the best regulated return setup

lol, good luck gettting parts numbers. The parts used will vary greatly depending on the person's locale, supplier, etc.

I'm using parker stratoflex hose, 1/8 NPT fittings, straight and 45º, and various parts from ITP.

If you got the coin, it's way easier to just buy ITP's kit.

FASS 150/150; Racor Fuel/Water separator; Aeromotive A1000 marine pump; MagnaFuel Regulator (P/N ?); Earls St St hose - #12, #10, #8 & #6, and fittings; Homemade Fuel Sump, Spa fuel pressure gauge. This will, hopefully, all be complete this coming week.

Seen pics of Dennis' kits and they are good looking. I am using the BTS Big Oil so I went with DI because I didn't want to wait

01 Excursion 7.3L Powerstroke. Gauges with AIH Delete, AIS, CCV Mod, 4' MBRP, BTS Trans, 6.0L Trans Cooler and Intercooler, DP-Tuner F5 chip, ITP In Tank Mod and Boost Annihilator, Diesel Innovation's Regulated Fuel kit, BTS Big Oil system, GTP38R Turbo with 1.15 A/R housing and BPD Stage II AC injectors. Bilstein Shocks with U front and A Rear.

My kit is a mix of both. I have a H2e so i had to mix and match to get it to where i was happy.
The ITP IMHO fits better around the H2e since the passengers side line is all steel and with the routing of the downpipe the DI rubber hose is too close for my comfort.
The DI regulator mounting is better suited to the H2e since you loose the factory Y and have no where to mount the regulator cleanly.
Now with that said. The NEW ITP with the fuel bowl delete is the best of both worlds and the absolute cleanest install avaliable.
