Thumbs down emission friendly aftermarket parts for CA?

I want my truck to pass california's new emissions laws in 2010. Does anyone know any good web sights that sell california street legal bolt on power parts like a twin turbo kit or injectors even. I have a 1999 ford 250 4x4. I just dont wanna buy parts for it and not pass the smoke test i appreciate any information at all. never had a vehicle that had to have emissons so i dont know where to even start.

A good tuner should be able to keep it clean.

Yeah. I was just kidding. Obviously if you disconnected the TPS the truck would never smoke on a snap throttle test unless the truck was rolling coal at idle.

You can just have a program written specifially for emissions testing. Might make 75hp, but it won't smoke.

i would not worry about the emissions testing for diesels at this point they still do not have the bills finalized yet.
