Homebrew Reg Return.. or not

While the motor is out Iím looking at doing some sort or new fuel lines/reg return... my first question is what size of lines should I make..?? I have access to al the line/fittings my heart could desire and will build them as soon as I figure this out lol.. from the heads I need what 1/8 to -4AN adapter..? or bigger..??

And then i was wondering about the Reg return Idea.. from what I understand I really donít have to have a return because I have the DI/Fass 150/180 and its self regulated.. right?? or should I do a return with a regulator anyway..? Any Ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated..!!

a regulator up top is still a good idea. You need -6an line to feed the heads and return.
