Amsoil dual bypass

So my Amsoil guy says they still recommend the dual bypass due to a lack of "room" on the 7.3. Has Amsoil redisigned this filter? I thought they stopped recommending this setup due to the problems people had with it?

Anyone know?

Re: Amsoil dual bypass

Don't get the dual remote unless they have redesigned it. It doesn't flow enough oil through the full flow filter.

A standard bypass filter setup would be fine though.

Thats what I was wondering, if they have redesigned it or not. I'm perfectly happy with the bypass only setup on my wife's Grand and was looking to get that, but my Amsoil guy says Amsoil is recommending their dual kit. I thought I had read that they stopped recommending it.

Where do any of these kits return the oil to?

I am pretty sure they return to the plug in the block that can be removed to check for rod type.
