97 F350 No crank no start

Afternoon everyone, I have a 97 f350 2wd, xlt crewcab. My problem all started when I replaced the bulbs in my instrument panel, only had 2 still working, after I replaced them the truck wouldn't start, I can jump the solenoid with the key in the run position and it starts. Also my blinkers only blink about once every 30 - 45 seconds, flashers work normal. I have replaced the ignition switch, safety neutral switch, switch actuator pin, tested all the fuses under the dash and hood, checked the relays all checked good, still no start. I have power to the NSS, I also had to replace the fuel tank selector switch, mine fell apart when I disconnected it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the starter relay.

Get your test light out, and find the starter solenoid. ( It's on the passenger fender, just behind the battery). Since jumping it cranks the truck, we'll assume it is getting power on the large post.

Unplug the small wire, and see if that wire gets power while someone holds the key in the start position. If it gets power, the relay is bad, if not, the problem is in the truck somewhere, and further testing is required.
