and running worse than ever, but no codes. EGTs
are high and loss of power. The old ICP
was filled with oil and started to throw codes, ordered a Ford one for ~$135. Installed and now it runs okay for the first 2-3 mins then totally falls on it’s face. Will stay running, but not like it should.
Buzz tested – all injectors firing
Fuel pressure – stays around 60 psi
even under load
Checked the IDM
to injector pins and everything checks out
I have not checked the compression on any of the cylinders. Is there a good way to check the ICP
? Have to wonder if I got a bad one since it started right when I put the new one in. The #1 cylinder does have a decent exhaust leak that I need to fix, would that do it?
Once again, putting it out there and seeing what help I can get.
