2003 f-250 window help

Hello I have a f-250 2003 crew xlt my issue is my driver side window switches work on every window but passenger front. The ones in the rear doors work solo up and down passenger door only works by rolling down will not roll up as for driver passenger switch. Rear door switch works properly removed put in front to try with new window motor and same issue only rolls down won’t go up. I’m lost any help is appreciated thanks guys. Also neither passenger or driver door locks work either and replaced both door switches.

Re: 2003 f-250 window help

I would start by checking the wiring where it goes from the body to the door. Start on drivers door but also check the passenger door. I see many issues with broken wires on vehicles between door and body.

Give it to Mikey. He won't eat it he hates everything. Hey Mikey!! He Likes It.

Re: 2003 f-250 window help

if the window works properly with the passenger side switch, i would say the issue in in the driver door passenger window switch.
simply put the driver door switch is not reversing power to let the window roll up.
as far as the power locks go, my bet is the lock actuators are bad. i had to replace the actuators in my 02 when i got it 11 years ago.

Re: 2003 f-250 window help

oh, ok. the window works by reversing power to the motor. the wires from the driver door to passenger window motor are also the power wires for the passenger side switch.
the white/yellow is one of the power wires feeding the passenger side switch, the other is tan/lite blue. then going to the motor itself from the passenger switch should be yellow/red and red/yellow

Re: 2003 f-250 window help

Wires are damaged where they go in the driver's door.

What he said. I spent weeks chasing exact same problems you had. Cleaning switches, checking pins... Turned out wire broken in harness door to cab on drivers side. You have to pull covering back and check all the wires one at a time. PITA, but you will find it 👍
