Found this in an article about the turbo in the 6.7... Not very promising and I think it explains why the new turbo doesn't make the power it needs when the air gets thin. It is incapable of doing so because of the small compressor wheels. It may spool quickly and it may be a water-cooled ball bearing unit but if it can't make the power when and where it counts it shouldn't be attached to an engine like the 6.7. Just my opinion.
