6.0 resurrection

my 03 has been sitting for almost 2yrs and ive finally decided to fix'er up. i know it needs HGs for sure and an oil cooler as well as some injectors. so, im going to upgrade it while im in there too. here's some of my progress so far.







missing something on this injector? haha

I quit going to the garage a long time ago, so I never heard, what happened with the 12v plans?

had to get rid of the 12v and i dont want to deal with smog with it so since this is paid off now im going to fix it up and do some upgrades.

what is the best way to get the high pressure oil line out on the passenger side? i can NOT get it loose.

well, my dumbass didnt know the HPO lines had quick connect fittings on them. thanks to Corey from Sasquatch diesel for tellin me.

Be sure to check the heads for flatness and cracks..

yup. im dreading having them checked. i dont want to have to buy new heads. the parts list is getting pretty expensive so far.

yeah, she's comin back and better than ever. going to take a while unless i can get a better/more consistent job. it will be nice if i can find a decent secondary for a set of twins too.

prob have a set of strong heads if you just had to get them plained flat.. being that theyve been heat strengthened. cool videos
