MBRP or RBP exhaust system

Looking to put a turbo back 4" stainless steel exhaust system on my 2004 Powerstroke. Which exhaust system is better MBRP or RBP. The RBP is a little cheaper and I am familiar with it but have also heard good things about the MBRP exhaust system. Also what size exhaust tip should I go with 4" or 5"?

Re: MBRP or RBP exhaust system

mbrp is probly going to be your cheaper route and if your plan on straight piping it. you wont be able to even tell the difference.

Will a 5" exhaust tip make a difference rather than a 4"?

Re: MBRP or RBP exhaust system

Is there a big difference with a downpipe?

Re: MBRP or RBP exhaust system

Get a full turbo back exhaust in 4". I've got an MBRP but I'm not too brand particular... Get what's cheapest.

Re: MBRP or RBP exhaust system

Your not going to notice a difference in the brands, especially if you go straight through. If your going to delete everything, I would just go to a local exhaust shop, and have them run 4" all the way down. With the tip, its personal preference, no effect on performance at all. The ladies seem to like a big tip...
