Bulletproof 6.0

I had my egr cooler and valve replaced last year, but lately Ive been loosing coolant and can smell it on occasion. Since replacing the egr system I added a 5in straight pipe exhaust and a SCT with Innovatives XStreet and Xrace tunes. If I fill the bottle to the max line it pukes everywhere, but if I only fill to the min line it just seems to dissapear. I havent had any power losses and no white smoke. Im planning on taking it to the dealer to get a diagnosis on it but what does this sound like to you guys? Egr, head studs, etc??? If it is the egr again im deleting the system. My oil cooler was NOT replaced last year with the egr. Has anyone heard anything on the bulletproof oil coolers or a relatively wallet friendly, reliable egr delete?
Any input would help a lot! I just had to put all kind of money in my truck...again...the past couple weeks. Seems like when one thing needs a fixin everything else follows.

Re: Bulletproof 6.0

Check out the latest issue of Four Wheeler Magazine. They have a full write up on the install of a BPD oil cooler
