Intake elbow

Hey guys, i've been looking around on a bunch of diesel sites and I keep seeing these intake elbows by banks or S&B. They are usually in the range of $270-$300 does anyone have one of these and do you think they are worth the money? Thanks guys.

They're great, if you want to dress up your engine compartment.

Re: Intake elbow

Thanks for the replies! I think that I could spend the money on something else that I'd rather have. I guess it's one of those things you buy when you've done everything else.

Re: Intake elbow

Just couldn't see me spending the coin on something that wasn't going to do me much, good if any, performance wise. They look nice though. Not 300 bucks nice.

Yes exactly. The only nice thing I like is you can get them with 3 predrilled and tapped holes for adding things like boost gauge, nitrous or water/meth. However I know how to use a drill and tap myself so it seems silly. .02

Black smoke don't mean it's broke... it means your tuning sucks!
